ABOUT US
Who Are We
We are Jitoleze foundation; a nonprofit Community-Based Organization aimed at transforming the mindset of young people into better persons and thereafter provides specialized training to them in agriculture, business, entrepreneurship, career guidance and 21st Century skills.
Our Approach
We believe that the mind is a not a vessel to be filled in, but a potential fire that just needs ignition. The mindset is the engine of every action an individual undertakes, with a wrong attitude nothing can be achieved. No dream is too big to be achieved and every human has the inert ability inside them to proper beyond imagination.
In the world of humanitarian aid, no single livelihood intervention can successfully impact on society unless the mindset of the individual beneficiaries has been changed in the right way.
Our approach to society discrepancies is, therefore, a collaborated one addressing the root causes of problems using design thinking principles rather than superficial symptoms.
We uncap our beneficiaries from the prison of perennial mindset and thereafter empower them with livelihood techniques in agriculture, entrepreneurship and art and crafts.
Poverty is a state of mindset rather than the level of income of an individual; we deliver our beneficiaries from the mediocrity state of mindset and empower them with the 21st-century skills, methods of living, lifelong skills that they will apply throughout their entire lives.
“Think of anything, acquire the necessary skills to have it done, meet the right people and live it, there is no other magic’’-Madolo Alex (Ag. chairman Board).
